A mild but effective remedy for children and adults alike. The flowers are anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, carminative and sedative. For adults it is a soothing remedy for frazzled nerves, insomnia, tension headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, morning sickness and ulcers.
