Traditional Information*

An antispasmodic and nervine primarily affecting the uterus. Cramp bark is used for dysmenorrhea (painful menstrual cramps), PMS low back pain and muscle pain associated with menopause. This herb can also be used for restless leg syndrome, back pain, bladder spasms and “liver wind” (spacticity).
