A mild, flavorful remedy appropriate for children's colds, stomachaches and headaches. It acts as a carminative, antiviral agent, mood elevator, and thyroxin antagonist. Lemon Balm is useful for mild depression, especially seasonal affective disorder (SAD) with St. Johnís wort, mild hypertension, herpes, and hyperthyroidism.
