Traditional Information*

An alterative affecting the lymph, blood and skin. It is indicated for chronic skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and acne. It is also effective for lymphatic stagnation with heat i.e., hemorrhoids, cystic breast disease, ovarian functional cysts, and lipomas (with Self Heal and Red Root). It is used in TCM for blood heat-thrombophlebitis, septicema, or splenomegaly.
