Traditional Information*

A carminative, nervine, and cholagogue traditionally used in Europe for gas, nausea, liver headaches, and biliousness.  Rosemary is also a powerful antioxidant making it useful for preventing arteriosclerosis and other types of oxidative damage. It also has a reputation for promoting cognitive function and memory, improving mental fog and depression.
